This Steilsteven barge was originally built in 1930 and has been fastidiously maintained by the current owner. She is ready for the next owner to move aboard immediately. It has four cabins in total so a really great family boat or for hosting lots of visitors (which you won't be short of). The open plan galley and living area has two huge skylights so this area is bright and spacious. There is a study area in the stern cabin which could be converted into a larger cabin with double bed.

There are separate heads and bathroom amidships along with a utility room containing washing machine and freezer.

The boat was last out of the water in 2019 and was surveyed at the same time. The topsides were also repainted and overall this barge is presented in fantastic condition. The owner also had a bowthruster installed in 2019 and makes this barge much easier to manoeuvre if you have designs on using her for cruising.

The mooring at St Katharine Docks is transferable and means this barge allows you access to one of the most exclusive moorings in London. The larger berths are rarely, if ever, available so this is a great opportunity to acquire a spot that has such good access to The City or West End. Current mooring fees are approx £22,000 per annum. St Katharine Docks is the only marina that allows AirBnB letting and this barge would present a good opportunity to be let out on that basis (subject to approval from the marina).
